The small simple bag is made in the very best dark chocolate brown crocodile skin.  The inch wide frame is padded and covered with skin the matching inch wide single handle echoes that beautifully and the clasp is a simple rectangular button which you just lift up to open!  The quality skin runs throughout the whole bag with the gusset and bottom being protected by four gilt feet.  The strap is attached by a thin gilt U shaped fitting.

The bag measures 26 cms/10.5" wide, is 20.5 cms/8" high and is 7 cms/3" across the base.  The handle measures 41 cms/16" long.  When opened the bag reveals a dark chocolate brown leather interior with the usual pocket arrangement - one open pocket with a double open and zipped pocket on the other side.  Again I don't think this bag has been used as the mirror is still intact in its original tissue paper wrapping.  There is also a label attached to the pocket which shows the crocodile image.
